About the Role:

Manage, develop and deliver our Outreach and Student Recruitment plan for both Hartpury University and Hartpury College, to maximise the recruitment of Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students
Bring significant experience in outreach, school liaison or student recruitment, with a passion for education/student engagement
Lead on Hartpury’s Widening Participation Outreach Programme, to engage students from groups under-represented in higher education/in specialist further education subject areas
Provide effective and inspiring line management to two Outreach Officers, focus areas in student recruitment and widening participation
Manage a full calendar of outreach, student recruitment events and activities, strengthening partnerships with schools, colleges and relevant industry networks across the UK
Experience delivering presentations and activities for young people, able to manage multiple projects and events.
Some evening/weekend work is required

About You:

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise activities
Strong data manipulation, analysis, report writing and IT skills
Excellent communicator, confident in delivering inspiring presentations and activities to a range of audiences
Passion for education and significant outreach, schools’ liaison or student recruitment experience to our award-winning team
