Advertised Job Summary:The School Behavioral Health Team, based in the USC Department of Psychology, is seeking a creative and motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our team. The LMS Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a customized LMS for the School Behavioral Health Academy for use by school staff in over 120 school districts. The position integrates a culture of the best in instructional and systems design to meet the diverse learning styles and professional development needs of our growing program. The LMS Specialist provides high quality support and manages requests to be executed on in the system.
Qualifications:Minimum: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with cloud-based LMS platforms, preferably Docebo. Proven track record in LMS management and instructional design. Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in training, development, or instructional design. Experience in launching LMS platforms. Skills and Abilities Needed: Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and instructional design technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Rise 360, Camtasia, Articulate) and educational technology models like SCORM/TinCan/XAPI.
