Summary
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is an administrative position reporting to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Senior Vice President. The position provides executive-level administrative support for the Office of the Senior Vice President. The position assists with the coordination of high-level executive and Cabinet/Board events, meetings and other special projects. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator works closely with other departments within Advancement and other departments throughout the university.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experienceOR• Bachelor’s Degree • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
• Some college and 2 years direct experienceOR• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years transferable experience.• Knowledge of university fundraising.
