Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in financial and operational management? The University of Oxford is seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead the Administration and Finance team in the Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) department.
About the Role
As Head of Administration and Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of DAE. You’ll work closely with the Director of Advancement Operations and the Senior Leadership Team to lead strategic planning, financial oversight, and project management. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, and a proven background in financial and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to the Director of Advancement Operations and senior team.
- Lead annual and long-term business and financial planning for DAE.
- Manage financial processes, budgets, and reporting.
- Oversee facilities management across UK offices.
- Lead and develop the Administration & Finance team.
- Coordinate internal communications and departmental events

£55,636 to £64,228 per annum : Grade 9 , with a possible extension to £70,029, including an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro rata).
