This role sits within CJBS Careers, a student-facing team at Cambridge Judge Business School. The team supports the career development of current students and alumni, aligning outcomes with the Business School's global reputation.
We are seeking an excellently organised and proactive individual with some experience in managing events to join the Careers team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be supporting employer and student events helping build relationships with leading companies and playing a key role in creating a positive experience for our students. You will gain exposure to a wide range of careers pathways and organisations while developing skills in communications, logistics and team support.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and eager to contribute. You will need great attention to detail, a positive attitude and confidence to interreact professionally with companies, students and colleagues. Good time management and organisational skills are expected along with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly and calmly to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and remote communication tools (Teams, Zoom) is critical. The role also requires a willingness to support occasional evening events, in line with student career development and employer engagement activities.
