Salary: £31,459 to £36,616 per annum, with potential to rise to £39,749, including a £1,500 Oxford University Weighting (pro rata)

The Global Engagement Team promotes Oxford’s international presence by developing strategic relationships and supporting collaborative initiatives. We work with senior leadership, global partners, and academics to enhance the University’s global profile.

About the Role
This is a key opportunity to contribute to Oxford’s global engagement by ensuring the smooth delivery of international activities and events. You’ll help organise overseas visits for senior leaders, manage the University’s involvement in global networks, and coordinate visits from international delegations.
You’ll support the day-to-day work of the Global Engagement Team and contribute to specific projects such as improving internal systems or developing regional engagement strategies, with guidance from experienced colleagues.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working across cultures and seniority levels
- Excellent organisation and IT proficiency
- The ability to write clearly and concisely, translating complex ideas into accessible content
- A proactive and practical approach to planning, logistics, and team support
