Our IT Services team is at the heart of this evolution, and we’re looking for a talented Systems Developer/Analyst to help us shape the future.
The Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that designs, develops, and supports the university’s core systems—from student records and finance to web content and CRM platforms. Whether you're configuring third-party software, writing secure code, or helping staff make the most of our systems, your work will have a direct impact on thousands of students and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and supporting enterprise systems (think SITS, ResourceLink , Salesforce , SQL, ASP.NET, and more)
- Leading small-scale projects and delivering smart, secure solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across institutes and services
- Providing expert advice, documentation, and training to end-users
- Keeping our systems secure, efficient, and future-ready
- Assisting System Owners & System Managers with public sector procurement to identify and procure secure cloud-based systems
What We’re Looking For
- A tech-savvy problem solver with experience in system development and support
- Proficiency in tools like ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, HTML/CSS,Powershell or similar
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Someone who can translate technical detail into user-friendly solutions
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in Higher Education or with enterprise-grade systems
