About The Role
Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Saïd Business School’s Executive Education division is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a bold ambition to at least double its revenue in the next three years. At the heart of this transformation is our Client Engagement and Programme Delivery (CEPD) team — and we’re looking for a Client and Programme Operations Manager to help lead the charge.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Client and Programme Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional operational support across a diverse portfolio of executive programmes — from in-person courses in Oxford and client locations to innovative online and blended formats.
Key responsibilities:
- Line-manage a small team of programme operations professionals, setting goals, managing performance and overseeing workload distribution.
- Lead on internal team processes such as programme logistics, materials preparation, bookings and virtual learning environment setup.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of freelance programme managers.
- Drive operational improvements and the adoption of digital tools, including AI and process automation.
- Manage CEPD internal communications and onboarding for new staff.
You will have a strong track record in operations and people management. Additionally, you will be skilled in data handling and creating dashboards for reporting, and proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and project management tools. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving ability are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
