The College of Europe in Natolin invites applications for a motivated and communicative Alumni Relations Officer with a starting date inautumn 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate regular communication with alumni;
- Maintain alumni contact records, databases and engagement history;
- Manage outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives;
- Support planning of alumni reunions and mentoring events;
- Liaise with alumni to promote involvement in campus life;
- Work with internal offices to align alumni efforts;
- Develop long-term alumni engagement strategies;
- Prepare reports and support strategic alumni projects.
Qualifications and competencies
- University degree in Communications, European Studies, or related field;
- Experience in alumni relations or community engagement;
- Excellent communication skills in English; French or other languages a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills;
- Proficiency with databases and digital tools;
- Team-oriented and proactive approach;
- Willingness to travel.
