Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for creating impact at the intersection of business, research and public value?
Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking an exceptional Associate Director to spearhead our high-value strategic relationship with EY. This is a rare opportunity to shape one of the School’s most significant global partnerships—spanning research, executive education, talent engagement and institutional collaboration.
Reporting to the Director, Government and Public Value, you will act as the School’s relationship lead for EY, ensuring a cohesive, strategic and high-quality approach to all engagements with the firm. You will be a connector—linking key stakeholders across Oxford and EY, identifying new opportunities for impact, and ensuring the partnership delivers enduring value for both organisations.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain a strategic overview of all EY-related activity—across executive education, research, talent and commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with academic leadership to support the design and delivery of world-class programmes grounded in research insights.
- Lead and support flagship engagements, including the Future of Transformation Forum and related initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow the partnership, exploring new research, talent and commercial avenues.
- Champion EY’s visibility and engagement within Oxford Saïd’s MBA and degree programmes.
You will have significant experience managing complex, strategic client relationships within global professional services or multinational organisations, coupled with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be adept at leading cross-functional projects in matrixed environments, demonstrating strategic thinking, commercial acumen and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities. Experience working within or alongside academic or research institutions is important, as is a high level of professionalism, discretion and cultural awareness.
