Faculty Operations (Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy)
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term contract for 2 years until 29 September 2027.
This position could be an opportunity for an internal secondment, with approval from your current line manager.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The post will be homed within the Faculty Operations team, facing the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy. Faculty Operations is part of the Division of Education and Academic Services. The Division of Education and Academic Services brings together all the key administration and educational support to create the conditions for student and academic success.
This post will provide direct administrative support to students and academic colleagues in order to ensure the smooth working of faculties, departments and support inclusive learning communities and research excellence.
Faculty Operations includes a network of administrative teams embedded with Faculties, departments, institutes and research groups, each delivering locally-based frontline administrative, customer service and business/project support to students and academic colleagues. These teams are highly integrated with student learning communities and academic leaders and are the frontline Professional Services delivery arm within localities.
