An exciting opportunity is available in the Estates department here at the University of Warwick for a proficient and experienced Admin Officer/Senior PA, working to support the Estates Director.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced department, and we are looking for the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.
In this role, you will provide superior administrative support to the Estates Director and provide a professional and efficient service to all those who interface with the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first contact between the Director and other parts of the University, acting as a conduit for the flow of high-level information.
- Complex diary management.
- Deal with queries and correspondence, drafting responses as appropriate.
- Organise meetings, prepare & research papers, set agendas, attend and minute the meetings.
- Provide support for papers for the University Committees that Estates need to attend.
- Draft Estates communications, presentations and briefings as required.
- Assist in the organisation and implementation of department events.

You will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative skills, including minute-taking.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Demonstrated experience in working with senior members of staff, ideally in a university setting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider admin team.
- Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
