About the role
The Faculty of Science is looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join our Placements Team to support our undergraduate Pharmacy (MPharm) degree.

About you:
- You will be able to use your knowledge and initiative to manage and prioritise effectively the requirements of the role.
- Effective and professional liaison with internal and external contacts and the ability to establish good working relationships is an integral part of the role and so highly developed interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Skills in the use of software used at the University (Office 365, Moodle) will be an added advantage. However, an interest in our work, a willingness to learn and become fully involved in the life of the team and the Faculty is what we are looking for.

Our placements team has a blended work approach, with opportunities to work remotely. With support and collaboration at the heart of what we do, all team members are required to work on campus for a minimum of two days a week.
