The role
The University of Bristol is looking for a qualified lifeguard, to oversee our busy indoor swimming pool.
Applicants will be experienced leisure professions who will play a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and uphold the Universities values and behaviours. Roles include swimming pool supervision, cleaning of pool area, changing rooms and entrance, and covering on the welcome desk when not lifeguarding. Applicants will be customer focused, have a positive and problem solving attitude at all times and demonstrate an aptitude for teamwork.
These positions will complete the swimming pool rota ensuring a safe and effective swimming pool operation. Please mention in your application which of the hours you are looking to apply for.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities include customer supervision, cleaning of changing rooms and other areas, setting up and down sports equipment, and working from the Welcome Desk.

Please note shifts over 6 hours include a 30 minute unpaid break.
