Kellogg College, Oxford University’s largest graduate college is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Database and Operations Officer who will work with the Development and Alumni Relations Team in support of various fundraising and alumni relations initiatives.
The Role
The Database and Operations Officer will oversee areas including the content and functioning of the database, analyse data in depth, write complex queries, prepare reports for senior staff, and provide support for Kellogg’s busy and friendly Development and Alumni Relations Office.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a data savvy Database and Operations Officer with:
- Strong technical skills including fluency in Microsoft Suite and a high level of skill in using a relationship database (such as, but not limited to, DARS and Raiser’s Edge) and their related applications.
- Experience and expertise in the gathering, processing, analysis, and practical use of a wide variety of data
- Proven ability to communicate the content and functionality of the database in an accessible and user-friendly manner to those who are not specialists
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken, with a friendly, confident, professional attitude
