About the Role
This pivotal role is integral to the success of our Development and Alumni Engagement efforts. You will play a crucial role in coordinating gift agreements and upholding the highest standards of information security compliance.
You will also help shape our digital presence, manage correspondence, and be the first point of contact for enquiries, fostering meaningful connections. With expertise in diary management, logistics, and electronic filing systems, you will ensure seamless organisation, while producing high-quality documents that reflect our professionalism and excellence.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Passion for policy and governance in fundraising, customer care, or alumni relations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, supporting collective success
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and a broad range of digital tools
This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
